We are very excited to announce that we are expecting our Burwood La Frank project to be completed by the end of Q4 2021.
I can be sure that after reading this our residents will be getting excited about their imminent settlement. This year has flown by and so has the progress on site.
The team has been making tremendous progress over the last month with the base coat render and external walls now completed all the way up to level 2 has been completed, and commencing on level 3.
The tiling on the ground floor and level 1 has been completed in the bathroom and laundry. We have also completed the plumbing rough-ins and plaster works all the way up to level 2 and work has now commenced on level 3.
We have completed the joinery on the ground floor and are ready to commence the joinery on level 1.
There has also been a lot of carpentry work throughout the building; on level 4 the framing is now complete, the internal doors have all been installed (excluding level 4) and the doors and skirting boards have been installed all the way up to level 2.
Wow! With so much recently completed, I just need to catch my breath. Over the next few weeks, you can expect to see the split system installation, as well as the final electrical rough-in work on level 4. The painters will also continue to complete more coats and move up the building as well as more exterior facade works and the box gutters and roof sheets will also be installed.
