June Update- Carnegie

 July 5, 2022

Over the past month, we have watched our project grow to new heights (literally) and we are now on the ground floor!

Ground floor pre-cast slab installation

June saw us pour the first suspended concrete slab – the upper basement slab – and begin the construction of the formwork for the next level – the ground floor.

Ground floor suspended formwork

We have also now completed the concrete pour for the basement entry ramp which involved a lot of sophisticated and complex suspended formwork, which our skilled team perfected with ease.

Over the next month, you can expect to see the ground floor formwork completed and the ground floor concrete slab poured. Being the thickest and trickiest slab, after the ground floor is poured, you will see the project rapidly accelerate. The formwork for the first storey will be erected immediately after and is also planned for this month. Being the first storey above-ground, the project will begin to rise.

We still have some amazing apartments left at our Cornus Carnegie project. For more information or to speak to a sales agent, fill in the form below.
