It’s a new year and a new project has commenced for Cornus Developments. Welcome to the first installment of our monthly progress updates. As part of our continued commitment to transparency, we endeavor to provide our future residents, and interested parties, with current site updates.
Since the team commenced work in November, there has been a lot of groundwork progression. We are laying down strong foundations for our Cornus Carnegie project, to ensure the stability and longevity of the project.
We have completed the bulk excavation to basement 1 in conjunction with the shotcrete walls. The capping beam works and the piling to the basement is now also complete.
Over the next few weeks, we will see continued structural progression by reinforcing, waterproofing and installing the reo the basement. Shortly the concrete pours will commence and then the rough-ins (plumbing and electrical).
