Exciting times at our Burwood La Frank site. The external facade works are almost complete on level 4 and the team is expecting to start removing the scaffolding this week.
The ground floor apartments are almost at the lock-up stage, with the painting caulking and final clean left.
The kitchen and bathroom joinery are complete on levels 1 and 2, with the installers currently working on levels 3. On the ground floor, the carpet installation is now complete, with the team now working on level 1. The European Oak flooring is complete on the ground floor, levels 1 and 2, with work commencing on level 3 earlier this week.
The progress continues, with the tiling in the laundries, bathrooms and kitchen now complete on the ground floor, levels 1 and 2, whilst the team is approximately halfway through level 3.
The plastering on level 4 commenced this week. Also, the lift was fully commissioned earlier in the week, making way for the removal of the materials hoist. Once the hoist has been removed, we will continue the external facade works on the north side (front) of the building. There has been a lot of facade work on the building of late. On level four all painting is complete. The coloured render has also been completed on levels 2, 3, and 4.
Over the next two months, as we get closer to completing this project there will be tremendous amounts of work ahead. You can expect to see the facade resemble our renders, as the scaffolding starts to come down and painting and rendering works continue.
