August Update- Malvern East II

 August 20, 2021

Whilst in Melbourne we are experiencing an extended lockdown, luckily for our sites, construction is still continuing. Our team is working hard to get our residents into their new homes in Q4 of 2021.

With so much progress over the past month, where do we begin?

Currently, we have the plasterers adding the final touches to the internal plaster and completing all levels. Painting has commenced on the lower levels as well as the waterproofing in the bathrooms. The joinery is getting installed on levels 2 and 4 and is due to be completed over the coming days.

Internal Plaster Work

The external work is well underway with the completion of the external walls on levels 3 and 4. All the external brickwork is set to be completed over the next few days and the blockwork for the planter boxes is complete.

External Works- Level 4

If all goes well we are currently on track for an anticipated completion in December. We also have a few 2 bedroom apartments remaining. Eligible purchasers can still capitalise on the off-the-plan savings available whilst the project is under construction.
