It’s been a long month for some of us in lockdowns but in Burwood time’s been flying past as they have achieved so much!
Over the past month, the final concrete pour was completed and with that, the structure of the building was finalised. Last week the lift installation commenced, however, this will take a few months to complete.
The plaster, skirting boards and doors have been installed on the ground floor making way for the joinery work to commence next week. Once that’s completed next on the list is the flooring installation.
Working our way up the project, the rough-in for the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and split systems have been commented on level 1, and the team has commenced work on the internal plaster walls.
On level 2 the framing and internal wall works have commenced, in conjunction with the external facade works.
The level 4 framing will commence next week.
